Chocolate Buttercream Cake
Ingredients:
For the cake:

For the buttercream:
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, softened
- 3 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons whole milk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease two 9-inch (23cm) round cake pans.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add butter, eggs, vanilla, cocoa powder, and milk; mix until combined.
- Divide batter evenly between prepared pans.
- Bake 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Prepare buttercream by beating butter, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, and milk.
- Assemble cake layers with buttercream frosting.
