Apple & Ginger Smoothie Duo

    • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • Ginger Smoothie:
    • 1/2 banana
    • 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
    • 1/2 cup almond milk
    • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • Instructions:
  1. Blend the apple smoothie ingredients until smooth, then pour into the first glass. Garnish with a thin apple slice or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  2. Blend the ginger smoothie ingredients until smooth, then pour into the second glass. Garnish with a light dusting of ginger powder or a small piece of fresh ginger.
