- Ginger Smoothie:
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- Instructions:
- Blend the apple smoothie ingredients until smooth, then pour into the first glass. Garnish with a thin apple slice or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Blend the ginger smoothie ingredients until smooth, then pour into the second glass. Garnish with a light dusting of ginger powder or a small piece of fresh ginger.
