Ingredients:
500 grams Cremora powder
2 cans condensed milk
250 ml lemon juice
250 ml ice water
1 packet Tennis biscuits
Instructions:
- Place the Cremora in a small bowl and add the ice water.
- Mix the Cremora and ice water well, then add the condensed milk and mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the lemon juice, mixing well until the mixture thickens.
- Set aside a few biscuits for the topping, and use the rest to line the bottom of your dish. Pour the filling over the biscuit layer.
- Break the remaining biscuits into pieces and crush them with a rolling pin. Sprinkle the biscuit crumbs over the filling.
- Refrigerate for an hour.
