Sponge Top Cake


Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • Vanilla essence (optional)
    Preparation:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and flour the pan.
  2. Beat the eggs and sugar until foamy.
  3. Add the oil and milk and continue beating.
  4. Sift the flour and yeast and incorporate using circular movements.
  5. Add vanilla if desired.
    6.Pour into the mold and smooth out.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before unmolding.
