- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Remaining Layers:
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Serve With:
- Tortilla chips
Instructions:
- Mix Sour Cream:
- Combine sour cream, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Layer Base:
- Spread refried beans or cooked ground beef in a 9×13 inch dish.
- Add Sour Cream:
- Spread seasoned sour cream mixture over base layer.
- Continue Layering:
- Layer salsa
- Add shredded cheese
- Top with lettuce
- Spread diced tomatoes
- Finish with black olives and green onions
- Serve:
- Present with tortilla chips on the side.
