Ingredients
½ cup + 2 tbsp unsalted butter, room temp
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
⅔ cup cocoa powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
12 soft caramels

Instructions
