Ingredients:

For the Cookie Dough:
1 c unsalted butter, softened

2 large eggs
1 t vanilla extract
3 c all-purpose flour
1 t baking soda
½ t baking powder
½ t salt
1 c mini Reese’s Pieces
1 c chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
1 c white chocolate chips

For the Cheesecake Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ c granulated sugar
1 t vanilla extract

For the Chocolate Drizzle:
1 c chocolate chips, melted

Directions:
1. Prepare the Cookie Dough:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Stir in the mini Reese’s Pieces, chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and white chocolate chips.

2. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
In a small bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the cookie dough and flatten them into disks.
