Ingredients:
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Instructions:
- Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Add the steak bites in a single layer and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove the steak bites and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
