Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Instructions:
  1. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  3. Add the steak bites in a single layer and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the steak bites and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds.
  6. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
