Ingredients
For the crust:
1 1/2 cups of crushed chocolate biscuits
1 x 4 cup of melted butter
For the cheesecake topping:
3 packs of softened cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 Large Eggs
1 x 2 cup of fresh cream
1 cup of cocoa powder
For the Topping:
1 Box of Cherry Tart Topping
Whipped cream (for topping)
Chocolate knives (to garnish)

Prepare the crust: Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter, then press the bottom of a spring-loaded stove. Put aside.
Make the cheesecake topping: Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until you’re smooth Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well. Mix in fresh cream and cocoa powder until
Cook the cheesecake: pour the topping over the crust. Cook for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Turn off the oven and cool the cheesecake inside with the door slightly open.
Add the topping: once cooled, spread the pie topping with a girdle.
