Delicious, Quick, and Easy Cremora Tart

Ingredients:

500 grams Cremora powder

2 cans condensed milk

250 ml lemon juice

250 ml ice water

1 packet Tennis biscuits

Instructions:

  1. Place the Cremora in a small bowl and add the ice water.
  2. Mix the Cremora and ice water well, then add the condensed milk and mix until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the lemon juice, mixing well until the mixture thickens.
  4. Set aside a few biscuits for the topping, and use the rest to line the bottom of your dish. Pour the filling over the biscuit layer.
  5. Break the remaining biscuits into pieces and crush them with a rolling pin. Sprinkle the biscuit crumbs over the filling.
  6. Refrigerate for an hour.
