Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- Vanilla essence (optional)
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and flour the pan.
- Beat the eggs and sugar until foamy.
- Add the oil and milk and continue beating.
- Sift the flour and yeast and incorporate using circular movements.
- Add vanilla if desired.
6.Pour into the mold and smooth out. - Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before unmolding.
