There’s no added sugar, just the sweetness of ripe mango and banana. No cooking needed. Delicious refreshments or for breakfast! My family loves it!
Recipe:
5 tablespoons chia seeds
2 cups cold milk, divided
1 ripe mango, sliced in cubes
1 avocado, sliced in cubes
1 banana, sliced
Steps:
Soak 5 tablespoons chia seeds in 1 cup of milk for about 2-3 hrs in the refrigerator.
Once the chia is done, take it out in the refrigerator.
In a big bowl, add chia seeds, sliced mango, avocado and banana. Pour 1 cup of milk. Mix well and ready to serve. Enjoy!
