Ingredients:
1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 cups cooked rice
2 eggs, beaten
2 bell peppers, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions:
In a wok, heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Add garlic, bell peppers, and onion, stir-fry until tender.
Add beef and cook until browned.
Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well.
In another pan, heat remaining vegetable oil and scramble eggs.
Add cooked rice and sesame oil, stir-fry until heated through.
Serve beef stir-fry over fried rice.
