turkey fillet – 600 g
onion – 1 piece
potatoes – 5 pcs
2 medium tomatoes ⠀
cheese – 120 g
Marinade:
2 cloves of garlic
salt, pepper mixture, spices to taste
dill – 30 g
olive oil
Preparation: ⠀
Chop onions, potatoes, tomatoes, cheese.
We wash the breasts, squeeze out excess liquid and make parallel cuts along the entire length of the fillet at a distance of ~ 2 cm from each other.
We put onions, potatoes on foil, grease with marinade (we combine everything for the marinade), then turkey fillet with tomatoes and cheese. Lubricate the fillet with marinade. We make “boats” from foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C ~ 1 hour.
