Ingredients:
2 lbs. russet potatoes, thinly sliced (about 8 small potatoes)
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 oz. packet Lipton Onion Soup mix
⅓ cup olive oil
Directions:
Prepare the Slow Cooker:
Spray the slow cooker with non-stick spray to prevent sticking.
Layer the Potatoes:
Add the thinly sliced potatoes to the slow cooker. For an attractive presentation, you can arrange them in a spiral design if desired.
Season:
Sprinkle the garlic powder, pepper, and Lipton Onion Soup mix evenly over the potatoes.
Add Olive Oil:
Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the seasoned potatoes.
Cook:
Cover the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 4 hours. Avoid opening the lid during the cooking time to ensure even cooking.
