Ingredients:

– 1 pound halal sausage, sliced

– 1 bell pepper, diced
– 1 teaspoon paprika

– Salt and black pepper, to taste
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften and brown.

3. Add the sliced sausage to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the sausage to brown.

5. Sprinkle paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper over the mixture. Stir to combine and cook for another 2 minutes to blend the flavors.
