𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐩 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝



Ingredients:
– 1 loaf French bread
– 1/2 lb steak, thinly sliced
– 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup sautéed onions
– 1/2 cup sautéed bell peppers
– 1/4 cup chopped parsley
– 2 tbsp butter, melted
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak slices until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from skillet.
3. In the same skillet, cook shrimp until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from skillet.
4. Cut the loaf of bread in half lengthwise. Scoop out some of the bread from the center to create a hollow.
5. Mix melted butter and minced garlic, then brush the inside of the bread with the mixture.
6. Layer steak, shrimp, sautéed onions, and bell peppers inside the bread. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the top.
7. Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
