Step By Step
1️⃣ Preheat and Prepare Pans:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour three 9-inch round pans.
2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, stir together cocoa powder, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
