No-Bake Salted Caramel Oreo Icebox Cake

Ingredients:

1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 jar (12 oz) salted caramel sauce
2 cups heavy cream
Sea salt, for garnish
Directions:

Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
In a bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form a crust. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust.
Drizzle half of the salted caramel sauce over the cream cheese layer.
Repeat layers with remaining cream cheese mixture and salted caramel sauce.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Spread whipped cream over the top of the cake.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until firm.
Before serving, sprinkle with sea salt for an extra burst of flavor.
